We established Austin Property Management Services Ltd in 2004, at this time we were a relatively small company with approximately 50 properties to our portfolio. Since then, we have established ourselves as one of the leading Independent property management companies in the area. We cover a large area across Derbyshire with properties as far North as Duffield and as far south as Church Gresley, we also cover Long Eaton and surrounding villages and most of North West Leicestershire.
We have a wealth of knowledge and expertise and offer a personal, yet professional service. We always go out of our way and go above and beyond for our Landlords to offer them the best service and competitive rates.
Managed Services
All of the following services are based on an initial letting fee, followed by a monthly commission charge. These take the hassle out of collecting the monthly rental and includes an emailed monthly statement.
Platinum
As shown in the table below this is our most extensive service, which includes Rent & Legal Cover. In recent times this has become increasingly more important, especially if rental income is relied upon to pay the property mortgage, care home fees or as a pension income.
Gold
Our standard fully managed service
Silver
This service includes Rent collect and 3-6 monthly property inspections but does not include our repair reporting service.
Bronze
This service includes Rent collect but does not include 3-6 monthly property inspection or our repair reporting service.
